Advanced Strength & Conditioning

This class begins with a dynamic warmup and moves into Strength Training including Power/Olympic Lifting, Stabilization, ending with Energy System/Metabolic Development work. A more advanced group that allows for further development and splits. *Instructor approval only*

Training for Masters

This class is a Circuit Training based program for individuals that are seeking Functional Training, Performance, Stability, Pre Hab, Multidirectional & Plyometrics, and Agility work. This class is for beginner to intermediate exercisers who seek to both stay active in sport or athletic activity as well as those who desire the type of improvement that the gym workout cannot provide.

Metabolic

This class is a Circuit Training based program for individuals that are seeking Functional Training, Performance, Stability, Pre Hab, Multidirectional & Plyometrics, and Agility work. Metabolic (Kellogg Park)

This is an intermediate class for those looking to maximize calorie burn through strength training and metabolic energy system conditioning. This class offers new workouts each week to keep you motivated and maintain a high metabolic expenditure. (Located behind Kellogg School)

Regeneration

Regen is an hour dedicated to learning about the inner workings of your body from an external and internal sense. You will learn the best protocol to increase flexibility, address aches and pains, chronic tension in the body, and learn how your muscles and joints can work together for optimal movement. The class is a great way to begin recovery and is tailored to the participants that attend to create a unique experience each time.


Sports Performance

This class is for individuals who want to improve their athletic performance and reduce injuries. You will increase your explosiveness, agility/change of direction, strength, work capacity, and will reduce your injury risk.
